We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Executive who specialise in TA to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce strategy, ensuring we attract, engage, and retain the best talent in the market. You will be the trusted partner drive recruitment excellence while championing a seamless candidate experience.

  • Develop and implement sustainable recruitment strategies and leverage on various platforms to meet anticipated recruitment needs of the business through a data driven approach.
  • Manage and deliver the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment, interviewing and onboarding; ensure seamless candidate experience journey.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand talent requirements and provide market insights.
  • Identify and engage passive candidate to build sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support future and current needs of the business.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and timelines to meet turnaround targets and provide regular or weekly recruitment reports
  • Participate in campus outreach and employer branding campaigns
