Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in Retail.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end HR operations.
• Experience advising operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and off-boarding.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for Retail teams.
• Support performance review processes and training programs.
