Senior HR Manager | Manufacturing Sector
Frazer Jones is appointed on a confidential basis by a leading organisation in the manufacturing sector to hire a Senior HR Manager for their Singapore manufacturing facility. This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Singapore (5 days onsite). The successful candidate will report to the HR Director and be responsible for mentoring a high‑performing HR team to strengthen HR operations, drive workforce excellence, and ensure robust HR delivery as the organisation anticipates a strong growth momentum. Entering this period of operational ramp‑up, headcount growth and capability enhancement means that this role will be pivotal in elevating HR and recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring the HR function is future‑ready.
This role will be part of the HR team in Singapore to oversee the end‑to‑end HR agenda for the sites in Singapore, which are operationally intensive environments. You will ensure the effective execution of core HR processes such as HR operations, workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, talent development, and compliance.
The Senior HR Manager needs to be hands‑on and provide advisory on people matters, performance, and workforce matters. Major responsibilities include: managing employee relations as well as recruitment and daily HR operations. This person will also focus on strengthening HR capabilities, improving processes, and developing the HR team to support the ongoing growth.
The client is looking for an experienced HR practitioner with a strong operational background and solid exposure to the manufacturing sector or other complex industrial environments. Candidates should have at least 10 years of HR experience, with deep skills in HR operations, employee relations, organisational development, and have the HR Business Partner acumen to partner closely with senior leaders. Experience leading the HR function and a team is mandatory.
