A leading organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to oversee core HR functions like recruitment and employee relations. We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to support and manage core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and daily HR operations. This role works closely with both management and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of HR processes and full compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Develop and execute recruitment and manpower planning strategies in line with business needs
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and offboarding
Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including CPF contributions and statutory submissions
Support annual salary reviews and benefits administration
Advise managers on employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions
Support and implement employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture
Coordinate performance review cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes
Assist in career development and succession planning initiatives
Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company direction
Ensure HR practices remain compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements
Guide and support junior HR team members in their responsibilities
Encourage teamwork and continuous improvement within the HR department
Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective delivery of HR services
Handle special projects and ad hoc duties assigned by management
Degree/Diploma in HRM or other relevant qualification (IHRP certified would be advantageous)
At least 2 years of human resource experience in an equivalent role
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
Good business and people acumen with the ability to frame HR initiatives and create strategic partnerships
Sound knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws, Employment Act and MOM procedures
Uphold integrity and maintain high degree of professionalism
Able to write and speak English with great fluency
Able to work in fast paced & dynamic environment
