Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead or attend commissioning of system projects at customer sites.
- Provide technical assistance during factory testing of special projects.
- Investigate root causes of engine failures and recommend solutions.
- Provide after-sales technical support and on-site service to distributors and dealers in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Create and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and other documentation related to field service activities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Rehlko’s products, services, and related technologies.
- Provide guidance and training to junior field service engineers and other technical personnel.
- Deliver specific training to distributors and dealers on service and troubleshooting skills, ensuring optimal service levels.
- Evaluate distributors’ and dealers’ technical capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams (engineering, sales, customer support), and other stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of better service procedures.
- Perform any other service and training duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in field service, after-sales support, or power generation.
- Willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia region.
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
