The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management, possesses strong communication skills, and has 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• At least 3 to 6 years’ experience in facilities management.
• Preferred: at least three years of experience in Electrical Systems or ACMV.
• Experience in maintenance and managing contractors desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support uninterrupted operation of buildings, plants, and equipment.
• Review drawings and liaise with agencies and contractors.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are in place.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Facilities Management
