We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Executive to support facilities management, IT operations, new restaurant opening projects, and government licensing matters across our outlets. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, landlords, and regulatory authorities to ensure operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and timely store openings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Facilities Management & Maintenance Coordination, including corrective and preventive maintenance works
  • Provide IT Operations Support for POS systems, networks, and end-user equipment
  • Support Project Coordination for new outlet openings, including site readiness and handover
  • Manage Regulatory Compliance & Licensing Administration (e.g. SFA, NEA, SCDF, MOM)
  • Conduct vendor coordination, documentation, and follow‑up to meet operational timelines
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in facilities, operations, or project support
  • Knowledge of Singapore regulatory and licensing processes preferred
  • Strong coordination, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work independently in a multi‑site environment
