Senior Executive, Creative Marketing

We are seeking a highly organised and strategically aware Senior Executive, Creative Marketing to bring ideas to life from concept to execution. Acting as a brand guardian, you will ensure all creative outputs are consistent, on-brief, and aligned with Sephora’s marketing objectives.

This position is hands-on: you will own creative workstreams, collaborate closely with agencies and internal teams, and ensure seamless delivery of campaigns across multiple touchpoints. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong project management to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Brand Guardianship and Communication
  • Upholding brand identity, voice, and visual standards across all creative outputs and channels
  • Applying a strategic lens to projects, always creating with the end in mind and considering asset lifecycle
  • Working across functions with the likes of digital, integrated marketing, retail, loyalty etc. to ensure that the communications plan all ladder up to the marketing objectives
  • Monitoring effectiveness of creative assets and suggest optimisations
Creative Ownership and Delivery
  • Supporting senior leads on Tier 1 Projects, ensuring marketing ambitions translate into strong, on-brief executions
  • Independently managing and delivering your own creative workstreams, leading workflow, tracking progress, and ensuring outputs are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget
  • Working with agency partners to adapt and execute campaign creative across 360° touchpoints (digital, social, in-store, paid, retail experience, etc.)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partnering with stakeholders across marketing, digital, merchandising, and brand partner teams to ensure smooth alignment and smooth project delivery
  • Working with local markets to ensure that they are getting all the creatives needed to activate in market
  • Presenting and articulating creative ideas confidently to internal teams and external partners, integrating feedback into executions
  • Acting as a day-to-day connector between creative and other business units, ensuring visibility and collaboration
