Job description

The Senior/ Executive will be joining the Rehabilitation pillar of Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF), specifically in our Heart Wellness Programme, which is a structured community-based cardiac rehabilitation programme for patients who have completed their inpatient and outpatient cardiac rehab in the hospitals.

The Senior/ Executive helps in the daily operations of the Heart Wellness Centre and ensures high level of services for clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle reception duties which include registration, appointment booking, billing and reconciliation of daily collection and answering to enquiries.
  • Maintenance of Patients’/Clients’ information and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  • Handle administrative duties including but not limited to filing, data entry, scheduling appointment, procurement and report preparation.
  • Undertake and ensure safe, effective service and care to patients/clients.
  • Assist in daily housekeeping and maintenance of the Centre.
  • Support the department in health and nutrition talks/programmes including patient/client outreach, coordination and oversee the logistics of events.
  • Any ad hoc duties/ projects assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma Holder and above with at least 3 years of working experience
  • Experience working in a clinic/medical setting or care service industry is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented
  • Passion to work in the community healthcare sector
  • 5-day work week with rotational Saturdays (half day). Occasional shift work when needed.
  • Willing to travel between HQ and different locations when required.
