Job description
Emergency Preparedness (EP)
  • Serve as the main coordinator for emergency preparedness, liaising with government agencies and internal teams
  • Ensure clinics are ready for emergencies such as pandemics, fires, civil crises, or national emergencies
  • Support planning of new clinic infrastructure and staff training to meet EP requirements
  • Lead and coordinate drills, exercises, and tabletop simulations to test SOPs
  • Conduct briefings and staff training on emergency preparedness and security procedures
Security Management
  • Act as alternate point-of-contact for security matters under government frameworks
  • Propose and implement security initiatives, liaising with clinic management and senior leadership
  • Establish and oversee security committees and ensure protective measures are implemented
  • Coordinate with police and external agencies for security awareness activities
  • Advise on security requirements during clinic planning and infrastructure projects
  • Source and manage staff training for security-related skills and knowledge
Data Analytics
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and performance reports for EP and security operations
  • Promote a data‑driven culture to enhance operational decision‑making and efficiency
Government & MOH Projects
  • Participate in government working groups and emergency preparedness committees
  • Support national exercises, special projects, and cross‑agency initiatives
  • Contribute to development and evaluation of emergency response tools and frameworks
Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
