Job summary

A leading luxury hotel in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Event Planning Manager to oversee the efficient running of the department in line with brand standards. This role involves assisting the Director of Events in planning and executing events at private function venues. Ideal candidates should have a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management, along with at least 2 years of experience in catering or event management.

Qualifications

  • Must have a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • At least 2 years of experience as Catering/Event Manager or Convention Services Manager.
  • Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for efficient department operations in line with brand standards.
  • Assist the Director of Events in planning and executing functions.
  • Meet employee, guest, and owner expectations for events.
