Main Duties

• Manage and oversee on-site construction activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
• Work closely with architectural and engineering teams to maintain design integrity and meet project specifications.
• Monitor the progress of construction and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to site personnel and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and generate detailed progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment on project goals.
