Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize online sales platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, company webstore).
• Upload and update product listings, images, and descriptions to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
• Execute online promotions, campaigns, and digital advertising to drive sales and traffic.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze customer trends.
• Coordinate with product and marketing teams to align e-commerce strategies with brand objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or online sales .
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
