Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the resort’s Gaming and Hospitality operations runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance the resort's operations and services.
  • Assist the senior management on budget planning, financial forecasts and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate among all operations teams and liaise with relevant project teams regarding any future development and renovation of existing spaces to ensure a complete customer journey.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and provide data-driven analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact business operations through conducting regular audits to address vulnerabilities in business processes and systems.
  • Ensure that all operational processes comply with the relevant regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor team members to foster professional growth and development.
Qualifications
