• Possess 6-10 years of relevant working experience in local Corporate Tax / Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Have an outward-looking, people-oriented personality with great communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Involved in fund structuring and tax structuring of carried interests.
• Conduct tax due diligence of real estate holding entities / funds.
• Advise on tax matters during the IPO projects and corporate restructuring.
