Job summary

A construction and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a talented civil and structural engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and planning engineering works, and ensuring timely project delivery while managing costs and quality objectives. Applicants should have at least 3 years of local construction experience, proficient project management skills, and a diploma or degree in Civil & Structural engineering. Knowledge of BIM/Revit software is an advantage. Competitive compensation package is offered.

Job description

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Liaise with consultants, contractors & authorities from inception to completion of projects on C&S matters
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to authorities and clients
• Manage projects to meet the time, cost and quality objectivies
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meeting
• Assists in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel
• At least 3 years of local construction experience
• Knowledge in BIM / Revit software is added advantage.
• At least Diploma/ Degree in Civil & Structural engineering or equivalent recognized by the Professional Engineers Board
• Fluent in English , Good project management and communication skills
