A real estate management firm in Singapore is looking for a professional to handle deal sourcing, market research, and financial analysis. The role involves monitoring market trends, preparing reports, and coordinating transactions. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Real Estate, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and possess strong skills in financial modeling and market assessment.
Focusing on market intelligence and research, as well as deal sourcing, evaluation and execution within the Real Estate sectors and geographical regions within the Company's interest, the individual will be responsible for providing regular and timely updates to Management so as to capture new opportunities to further the growth of the Company.
Deal Sourcing & Screening
· Proactively source potential acquisition and divestment opportunities
· Conduct preliminary deal evaluation, including high-level financial assessment.
· Maintain and update deal pipeline tracker and follow-up logs.
Market Research & Intelligence
· Monitor real estate market trends, policy changes, and macroeconomic indicators with a focus on Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, and China.
· Prepare periodic market intelligence reports to support strategic planning and senior management decisions.
· Benchmark competing assets and track transaction comparable across key markets.
Financial Analysis & Modelling
· Build and update financial models to assess project feasibility, IRR/NPV, and scenario sensitivity.
· Assist in the preparation of business cases, investment memos, and board papers.
· Support valuation reviews, including reconciling third-party reports and internal assumptions.
Transaction Support
· Coordinate with legal, finance, asset management, and external consultants during due diligence and documentation stages.
· Help prepare presentations, executive summaries, and documentation for internal approvals.
· Assist with drafting term sheets and monitoring timelines/deliverables in transaction processes.
Asset/Portfolio Reporting
· Support ongoing portfolio review exercises and analysis of asset performance.
· Help prepare regular reporting to management on project status, pipeline activity, and market updates.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
· Organise meetings, site visits, and conference calls with stakeholders.
· Maintain deal files, data rooms, and supporting documents.
· Liaise with internal departments for input and data gathering when required.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Real Estate with minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Industry
· Understanding of Mandarin / Bahasa will be an advantage when working on China and Indonesia projects
· Proficient in financial modelling and MS application (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
· Proficient in Bloomberg and REIS is a plus
· Good understanding of real estate markets and investment principles
· Sharp attention to detail and ability to synthesise data quickly
· Effective communication and coordination skills
· Proactive, resourceful, and able to work under tight timelines
