Qualifications

• Minimally Diploma or Degree of Information and Communications Technology discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of project needs.
• Translate business requirements to specification and design.
• Ensure contractual compliance of system and deliverables.
• Responsible for Unit Testing and System Integration Testing.
• Lead and mentor project team members.
• Supervise troubleshooting and application optimization.
• Create and update documentation of changes.
• Respond to customer queries and supervise issue resolutions.
