A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to implement and manage the Building Information Modeling process through all phases of building projects. The ideal candidate will enforce standards, manage BIM software, and ensure quality control. A recognized degree is required along with 10+ years of experience in the Singapore Construction Industry. This position offers a competitive salary up to $11,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in drawing coordination and management in the Singapore Construction Industry.
• Candidates with experience in BIM projects are at an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Specialist trade works such as Curtainwall and Interior design.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the BIM process throughout all stages of a building project.
• Ensure that BIM standards are met and compliant with project specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure model meets quality standards.
