JOB SUMMARY

The Senior/Associate Executive will be:

Providing general administrative support to NCID Operations/NCID Executive Director’s Office.

Executing and expediting the department’s administrative work.

Supporting cross-functional communication and administrative processes.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external departments to collate KPI reports for funded programmes for submission timely.
  • Raise billing request for claims submission or other ad hoc requests and follow through to completion.
  • Assist with collation of budget requests from programmes for submission.
  • Coordinate appropriate record keeping of assets or items issued to tenants, and the maintenance and updating of records.
  • Assist with meeting arrangement and minutes taking.
  • Provide support in the execution of new processes or improvements of the department.
  • Provide functional and administrative support to units managed by the department.
  • Coordinate and stock up office supplies.
  • File and housekeep office correspondences, circulars, minutes of meeting and other important documents as required.
  • Manage and keep track of assets held by department.
  • Raise procurement/IT and any other ad hoc requests and follow through to completion.
  • Keep track and submit documentations timely.

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Support department projects or assignments when needed.

Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Head of Department.

Education
