Job Responsibilities

• As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the incumbent shall provide dynamic and insightful analytics in the development of strategies to provide affordable healthcare services and support the financial sustainability of the organisation
• Business partnering to provide financial advisory support to Business Units
• Support the annual budgeting process, including financial review and analysis
• Responsible for concise, accurate and timely management reports for regular performance reviews with senior management
• Perform feasibility analysis on new projects aimed at delivering better healthcare
• Any other special projects and ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or Analytics related field with Minor in Finance preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Resourceful, independent, meticulous, strong analytical mind and eye for detail
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Experience in healthcare industry, management accounting or data analytics is an added advantage
• Pro‑active, resourceful, able to take challenges, work independently or as a team
• Able to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
