Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Visionary: Spearhead the development and production of high-quality visual assets for digital platforms, showcasing a profound understanding of formats and performance metrics. Apply insights gained as an avid consumer of social media to drive innovative and impactful creative strategies aligned with client briefs.
  • Creative Leadership: Formulate and execute innovative and compelling creative concepts that not only meet but surpass client expectations. Collaborate closely with strategy and client teams to define the creative concept vision for key clients, providing thought leadership that inspires the entire creative team.
  • Social Media Expertise: Lead the ideation and creation of engaging social media content, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta, for B2B industries and public sector clients. Drive the expansion of our creative portfolio across diverse platforms, utilizing advanced creative tools such as AR/VR/UIUX/video automation/gaming/audio/experiential.
  • Trend Integration: Stay at the forefront of emerging digital and social trends and technologies, integrating them seamlessly into client work and creative sprints. Champion the adoption of Generative AI in day-to-day work processes to maintain a position at the cutting edge of industry trends.
  • Strategic Learning: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in creative campaigns, design, marketing, and generative AI. Play a key role in advancing agency capabilities in data-driven storytelling through technology, providing strategic guidance on technology integration.
Qualifications
  • Over 6 years of demonstrable working experience as a Designer/Motion Artist/Content Creator/Art Director in production, advertising, social media, public relations, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) with an in-depth understanding of design trends and techniques across various digital mediums.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Ability to provide strategic guidance, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills, guiding the creative team in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multitasking requirements. Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Must present a comprehensive design portfolio showcasing a rich and diverse body of work with a proven track record of strategic impact.
  • Extensive experience and a deep understanding of pushing creative boundaries in B2B industries (Tech/Healthcare/Sustainability) and the public sector.
  • Proficient knowledge of content editing through mobile applications like Adobe Premiere Rush, Splice, InShot, or Canva.
  • Familiarity with advanced UI/UX design and applications (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision Studio). Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
