The role involves leading the coordination and management of shop drawings in various trades, including Architectural, Structural, and MEP. Ideal candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. This full-time position offers a salary range of $5,000 to $8,000, plus variable bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in drawing coordination and management in the Singapore Construction Industry.
• Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit / BIM Software in Architectural/ Structural/ MEP.
• Good understanding of Singapore Construction Industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead checking and coordination of Shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Review project specifications, Shop drawings, and technical clarifications.
• Prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule.
