Job summary

A construction engineering firm in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator (Architecture) to oversee architectural works in high-rise projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating with consultants, supervising site progress, and ensuring compliance with architectural specifications. The ideal candidate has a minimum diploma in architecture, at least 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, and excellent communication skills. Job Description:

• Attend technical meeting / site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architect or equivalent
• 5 years relevant working experience in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity, and of high-rise buildings of at least 100m height.
• The Project Coordinator (Architecture) shall ensure all architectural works including interior design works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications including interface details with Interfacing Contractors as per Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of high-rise building and projects within/adjacent to railway protection zones and shall also be familiar with the design approval process and TFP / TOP process.
