A leading global brand is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A in Singapore to support financial planning and analysis processes across the APAC region. The successful candidate will manage capital expenditure planning, deliver actionable insights for business performance, and ensure accurate segment reporting. This role will support key FP&A processes across multiple countries, with a strong focus on APAC CapEx management, expense planning, forecasting, and delivering actionable insights to drive business performance.
The successful candidate will leverage their finance expertise to:
Manage APAC CapEx planning and governance across all BUs and categories, including CapEx project review and approval coordination, oversee cash flow planning and depreciation/amortization forecasts aligned with store construction timelines, and ensure proper accounting treatment for asset write-offs and disposals during store closures.
Support the monthly close and quarterly outlook processes, ensuring clarity and actionable insights for senior management by utilizing Hyperion Planning (Oracle PBCS) and SAP tools to extract data, develop forecasts, and analyze business trends.
Analyze segment-level trends and develop accurate forecasts, focusing on capital expenditure consolidation and optimization as well as operating costs (including Depreciation, Amortization, and Store Pop-up expenses).
Deliver accurate segment reporting and partner with business teams to drive profitability, taking ownership of the KS SEAO region’s P&L pillar.
Contribute to Long Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Operating Planning (AOP) processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
5+ years of finance experience, ideally within FP&A, working with commercial functions and headquarters groups.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work across multiple geographies/time zones.
