• 4–6 years of experience in AI engineering, with production deployment experience.
• Strong communication skills – able to work cross-functionally and provide technical leadership.
• Experience working on real-world AI applications (risk scoring, recommendation, NLP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production‑grade machine learning models for business‑critical use cases.
• Lead technical decisions on model architecture, system design, and deployment pipelines.
• Mentor junior AI engineers – reviewing code, guiding projects.
