Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development:Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic sales tactics and lead generation efforts.
Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Work closely with the sales team to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Account Management:Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they are served effectively and their needs are met.
Develop account plans, set goals, and track the progress of clients' projects.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, product development) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Reporting and Forecasting:Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership on account progress, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
Track and analyze account performance to ensure KPIs are met.
- Market Research and Strategy:Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Use insights to create strategies for enhancing client relationships and improving sales tactics.
