Job summary

A semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Test & Maintenance Technician for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will maintain and troubleshoot ATE Test and Backend equipment in a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities include recording maintenance logs, collaborating with engineering teams, and training new technicians. Applicants should have a diploma in a relevant field and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment. Competitive salary of up to $3,500/month plus allowances offered.

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ hands-on experience with semiconductor test or backend equipment.
  • Ability to read basic electronic schematics is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and MES.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, debug, and repair ATE Test and Backend equipment.
  • Record and update maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate with Engineers on reliability and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Train new technicians on equipment handling.

Skills

Hands-on experience with semiconductor test or backend equipment
Good communication skills
Teamwork attitude
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with Test Handlers and ATE testers

Education

Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
