Job summary

A well-known semiconductor manufacturing firm in Singapore is seeking a production technician for mechanical assembly work. The role involves building wire harnesses and cable assemblies, modifying components, and operating various hand tools. Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical assembly work for production, including building wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
  • Assemble, modify, and rework components based on drawings and instructions.
  • Use hand tools and machines such as soldering iron and power screwdriver.
  • Prepare and clean parts before production and identify wires using color code standards.
  • Support new product builds, inventory handling, and cycle count activities.
  • Meet daily production and quality targets while supporting teamwork.
