We are looking for reliable and experienced leaders to lead and manage a team of security officers. Multiple sites available — including centrally located Malls, commercial and industrial locations.

Shift: Day/Night (5/6 work week available)

Salary: $3,690 – $3,800

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of security officers
• Conduct daily briefings, patrols, and manage access control
• Work closely with client representatives and follow SOPs
• Manage incidents, respond to alarms, and elevate when necessary
• Provide on‑the‑job training (OJT) for new officers
• Handle emergencies and support fire drills
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Valid PLRD Security Officer License
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a security team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• PC literate and able to write clear incident reports
• First Aid / AED / CERT certified (advantageous for some sites)
