About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Security Supervisor to join our team at Kingston Property Maintenance Services Pte Ltd in the Downtown Tanjong Pagar Central Region. As a full-time Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and personnel.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising a team of security officers and coordinating their daily operations

2. Conducting security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks

3. Responding to and managing security incidents, emergencies and alarms

4. Maintaining detailed records and reports of security activities and incidents

5. Liaising with clients, and other stakeholders as needed

6. Providing training and guidance to security officers to ensure consistent service delivery

7. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the security team

8. Ensuring compliance with all relevant security policies, procedures and regulations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Supervisor

2. Strong leadership and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Thorough knowledge of security procedures, practices and relevant legislation

4. Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations

5. Proficiency in incident reporting and record-keeping

6. Valid Security Supervisor certification or equivalent

7. Able to start immediately

8. Day shift: 12hr-shift (8am to 8pm) - 5/6 work week
