Position: School Assistant Manager, Academic (Graduate Programmes)
Location: West Area
Salary: Up to $6500/month
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Admissions Administration
- Participate in physical and virtual outreach
- Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, from application review to offer issuance.
- Manage the admissions and application processes
- Collaborate with faculty and programme committees to manage application evaluations.
- Maintain and improve admissions systems and processes.
- Generate and analyse applications, admissions and scholarships data

Programme Management
- Oversee timetable planning in consultation with Programme Directors, faculty and instructors.
- Oversee the course registration process
- Oversee submission of proposals for new courses
- Manage programme teaching requests from faculty, part-time instructors and guest speakers.
- Manage intake and enrolment projections in consultation with Programme Directors.
- Track and monitor the budget and expenditure of allocated budgets for graduate research programme.

Student Administration
- Provide programme-related guidance to current students.
- Manage programme administration across the student lifecycle, covering various processes
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to graduate students throughout the student cycle.
- Provide support for academic related tasks

Events
- Conceptualise and organise events/activities for graduate students
- Oversee event administration and logistics, including food catering and liaison with external parties to ensure the successful execution of each event.
- Support university-wide events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any Field
- Preferably prior experience in the Education sector
