About Us

We are an education company with over 10 years of experience delivering STEM, coding, and robotics enrichment programmes to MOE schools, private centres, student care centres, and preschools across Singapore (K–12).

About the Role

The Coordinator & Operations Officer plays a key role in ensuring smooth execution of all training assignments. This includes managing trainer deployment, overseeing scheduling logistics, maintaining accurate data in our Training Management System (TMS), supporting timesheet processing, and assisting with documentation and hardware preparation for programme delivery.

Responsibilities
1. Scheduling Coordination (Primary Role)
  • Assign Main and Assistant Trainers according to project needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with the Main Scheduler and provide timely updates on task progress.
  • Ensure trainers receive accurate and prompt information about their assignments (manual follow‑ups required in addition to auto‑system reminders).
  • Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date scheduling information in the TMS.
  • Update deployment lists daily, including changes, substitutions, and adjustments.
  • Arrange urgent trainer relief in cases of withdrawals or last‑minute changes.
  • Prepare monthly trainer timesheets.
2. Documentation & Compliance Support
  • Ensure trainers’ documents are up to date and properly filed.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation required for programme delivery and compliance.
3. Operational Support (Secondary Role)
  • Assist with hardware preparation for assignments requiring loan equipment.
  • Coordinate with the administrative team for logistics and hardware‑related matters.
Requirements

  • Proactive problem‑solving, especially in urgent or last‑minute scheduling situations.
