Key Responsibilities
Salon Operations
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Salon.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and client flow.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the salon.
  • Maintain product and supply inventory; handle ordering and stock control.
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are working properly.
Customer Service
  • Greet customers and ensure they receive outstanding service.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Recommend services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise beauticians, nail technicians and oversee beauticians.
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Track daily sales and performance metrics
  • Develop promotional offers and assist with marketing activities
  • Upsell treatments, services, and retail products
  • Work with management to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage cash handling, POS operations, and daily financial reports
