About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives that enable stronger customer engagement and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management discipline with a deep understanding of Salesforce as a CRM platform, plus a background in customer or consumer analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce CRM projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality delivery, adherence to SLAs, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Partner with technical teams to design and deliver CRM solutions that support customer segmentation, targeting, and analytics.
  • Oversee project governance, including timelines, budgets, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate change management and adoption of Salesforce capabilities across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize CRM workflows, data quality, and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of project management experience with a proven track record delivering CRM-related projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud preferred).
  • Background in customer/consumer analytics or data-driven marketing is highly desirable.
  • Strong vendor management skills, including contracting, delivery oversight, and performance management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to engage with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
