Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect / Platform Developer to lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud for Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end hands‑on experience—from proposal and design to development and delivery—ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce solution architecture and implementation for Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (SFMC / Pardot).
  • Develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex and LWC (Lightning Web Components).
  • Implement API integrations and manage data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Design and manage Territory Management features including planning, assignment, and data integration.
  • Support sales operations and marketing campaigns including lead management, email marketing, multi-channel campaigns, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Certified Salesforce Architect or Platform Developer.
  • 5–8 years of hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and API integrations.
  • Strong experience in Apex, LWC, and custom Salesforce development.
  • Proven expertise in Territory Management and Salesforce sales operations.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud / Pardot campaigns, analytics, and lead management.
  • Ability to deliver end‑to‑end solutions from proposal, design, development to deployment.
