Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist consultants with sales support, including arranging medical bookings and preparing client documentation.
• Liaise with clients, bankers, and insurers to ensure smooth processing of applications and policy deliveries.
• Attend client meetings or medical appointments in consultant’s absence.
• Track and update consultants on their pipeline, cases, and sales meetings in the system.
• Ensure all client documentation complies with internal and insurance company requirements.
• Support annual reviews, presentations, and product comparisons for clients.
