CWCS PTE LTD is a growing cleaning service provider specializing in commercial (Hotel) and residential cleaning, janitorial contracts, and specialty services.

We pride ourselves on reliability, exceptional service, and long-term client relationships. We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand our client base and drive revenue across commercial cleaning, preferably at Hotel environment.

Role summary

As a Sales Representative you will generate leads, build relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and close new cleaning contracts. You’ll be the face of our company in the market and responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, email outreach, networking, referrals, and door-to-door visits
  • Qualify leads and schedule on-site assessments and proposals
  • Prepare and present tailored cleaning proposals and estimates
  • Negotiate terms and close contracts; manage onboarding handoff to operations
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, proposals, activity, pipeline)
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs (calls, visits, proposals, closed contracts)
  • Attend local networking events, trade shows, and meet clients as needed
  • Provide market feedback and report on competitor activity and service trends
Qualifications
  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B field sales or services (cleaning, janitorial, facilities, property management, landscaping, HVAC, etc.)
  • Strong ability to prospect cold leads and build relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with field work and local travel; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated, organized, results-oriented with a professional appearance
  • Ability to explain technical/service details and tailor proposals to client needs

Job Requirement
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Minimum 1 year of related sales experience (Cleaning Service sector preferred)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Able to manage time effectively and meet sales goals
  • Must possess own transport (car) and valid driving license or take own public transportation
