Job Description:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and promotional offers.
- Process orders and guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a smooth transaction.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and close sales, maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries regarding products or services in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as the point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and resolve daily operational issues
- Collaborate with other departments (such as logistics, kitchen, operation) to address operational roadblocks and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of staff.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of catering operational workflows.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Min 2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or operations role (or a similar hybrid role).
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.
- Experience with Catering Industry is a plus.
