This role includes overseeing the order-to-delivery process, managing daily office operations, and supporting the sales team while ensuring high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, with 5-8 years of experience in sales operations or customer service. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A background in FMCG or distribution is advantageous.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations &Office Manager to oversee the full order-to-delivery process and ensuresmooth daily office operations. This role supports the sales team, managescustomer service activities, and drives efficiency across our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations

  • Managethe end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Handleescalated customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
  • Monitororder status, communicate updates, and maintain strong customerrelationships.
  • Identifyprocess gaps and lead improvements to enhance order fulfilment efficiency.
  • Workclosely with sales, logistics, and inventory teams to resolve operationalissues.

Customer Service &CRM

  • Providehigh-level customer support and ensure excellent service standards.
  • Train andguide customer service team members.
  • Buildlong-term relationships with customers to support repeat business.

Office Management

  • Overseedaily office operations, supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinatewith vendors for repairs, maintenance, and administrative needs.
  • Ensurecompliance with company policies and office procedures.

Communication &Coordination

  • Act as akey liaison between sales, logistics, and other internal teams.
  • Supportthe sales team in managing customer inquiries and operational follow-ups.
Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diplomaor Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or relatedfields.
  • Minimum5-8 years’ experience in sales operations, order management, or customerservice.
  • Experiencein FMCG or distribution environment is an advantage.
