Job Description

To drive business growth by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that enhance RS Photography’s brand visibility, client acquisition, and revenue generation. The role supports the company’s expansion into new market segments and strengthens client relationships through targeted outreach and digital engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage CRM systems and lead pipelines to optimize client conversion
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client needs
  • Coordinate with photography teams to align service offerings with client expectations
  • Build strategic partnerships with event planners, venues, and corporate clients
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly sales reports
  • Support onsite events and photoshoots to enhance client experience and upsell services
Skills / Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field — 3–5 years of working experience. Strong interest in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email automation)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and basic analytics tools
  • Creative mindset with the ability to align marketing with visual branding
  • Familiarity with photography or media production workflows is a plus

This is a Career Conversion Program. The successful applicant will undergo a 6-month On-Job Training Program, and the employee may be sent to take courses relevant to the above roles.
