A growing pet food brand in Singapore is seeking a Sales Marketing Coordinator to assist in sales coordination, customer communication, and marketing initiatives. The role involves coordinating onboarding for partners, managing customer orders, and creating engaging content for social media. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related fields, possess a strong interest in the pet industry, and demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills. Compensation is SGD 2,500 – 3,500 per month, based on experience.

Job Summary

You will support day-to-day sales coordination, customer communication, and marketing activities for a growing dog food brand. You will work closely with the founder and team, gaining hands‑on experience in sales, marketing, retail partnerships, and brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding processes for retail and professional partners such as pet shops, groomers, trainers, and daycare centres to expand brand presence
• Process customer orders accurately and follow up to ensure timely delivery and account coordination
• Maintain and update sales trackers, customer records, and generate simple reports to support sales analysis
• Create and schedule social media posts, promotions, and product launch content to engage target audiences
• Update website content including product listings and FAQs to ensure accurate and current information
• Assist in planning and executing events, pop-ups, and retail activations to increase brand visibility
• Respond promptly and clearly to basic customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp to maintain positive customer relationships
