Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a well-established company in the marine industry, specializing in wire ropes, synthetic ropes, shackles, and lifting equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the shipyard and marine sectors.
• Proactively generate new sales leads through cold calling, client visits, and trade shows.
• Promote company products and provide professional advice to customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to close sales.
• Report sales activities and updates to the Director daily.
• Support strategy planning and assist in developing new market segments.
• Provide guidance and training to new or junior team members when needed.
