Job Summary

We are seeking a sophisticated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to oversee a high-value portfolio of strategic accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand a diverse portfolio of global strategic partners, including consortia, high-end travel networks, and third-party intermediaries, to drive portfolio growth
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans targeting high-yield, discretionary travel segments to maximize Average Daily Rate (ADR)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers by conducting regular business reviews and delivering educational presentations to strengthen relationships
  • Monitor global travel trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new revenue streams within the lifestyle and experiential travel market
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with market demand and brand positioning
  • Negotiate effectively with sophisticated stakeholders to articulate and secure the value proposition of the hotel’s offerings
  • Demonstrate self-starting initiative and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, understanding the nuances between lifestyle and transactional sales approaches
  • Communicate fluently in English and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive sales experience in the upscale hotel industry
  • Proven track record managing indirect sales channels and maintaining a strong network of premium travel partners
  • Additional language skills beyond English are advantageous
