Singapura Otter is looking for cheerful, proactive, and customer-focused Sales &F&B Assistants to join our Chang Jewel store. You will play a key role in delivering a memorable shopping experience, sharing the story of our brand and supporting daily operations.
Location: Changi Jewel
- PT / Flexi Working Hours: 10am to 4pm / 330pm to 930pm (no break time)
- Full Time Working Hours: 10:00am – 6:45pm /12:45pm – 9:30pm (with 45 min break time)
- Rotating rest days
- For regular part time, minimum commitment is 18 hours per week for at least 3 months,
- For flexi contract, minimum commitment is 35 hours per week for at least 6 months.
- For full time, option for 5 day work week or alternate 5/6 day work week
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and assist with product inquiries, recommendations, and gift selections
- Deliver excellent service to both local shoppers and international tourists
- Perform cashiering duties: payments, refunds, exchanges, and accurate cash handling
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly displayed, and visually appealing
- Conduct inventory tasks including receiving stock, tagging, replenishment, and stock-taking
- Prepare F&B orders such as ice creams and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and overall store hygiene standards
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures
- Manage customer feedback professionally and elevate when necessary
- Support promotional activities, seasonal launches, media visits, and brand events when required
Requirements
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Prior retail/customer service experience is a bonus
- Housewives and students who can meet commitment level are welcome to apply
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life
- Good communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling light physical duties
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
