About The Role
The main primary responsibility will be growth. This role is to manage and develop sales activities within Singapore.
Job Scope
Identify and prospect new business/clients via sales/cold-calling and sales activities.
Generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and sales closure.
Responsible for delivering expected sales revenue target and profitability.
Attend to customers feedback/complaints and follow up with high-quality after sales services.
Act as the customers' main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure that their queries, problems, or issues are dealt with appropriately.
Requirements
Min 2 years of experience across freight forwarding industry (experience in Sales / Business Development will be considered with priority).
Experience in Healthcare, Semiconductor, Hi-Tech, Chemical, FMCG/Consumer market will be considered with priority.
Sufficient knowledge in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea).
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales targets.
Strong business development skills with proven track record in hunting new accounts.
Proper reporting in a timely manner about sales activity.
Having relevant experience in operation work in Air or Ocean operation departments would be an advantage.
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm
