• Facilitate project planning sessions and align efforts between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Supervise project management tasks to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Create and update comprehensive project documentation to maintain accuracy and transparency.
• Analyze project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Mitigate project risks by implementing proactive risk management strategies.
• Enhance value generation in deal negotiations and transactions.
• Design and optimize workflows and protocols for the new business division.
• Assist leadership in assessing and pursuing tenders, projects, and strategic partnerships.
• Cultivate and expand critical business relationships.
• Design and launch new products/services as directed by the Group.
• Oversee and grow promising business units and brands.
• Deliver consistent progress reports to senior management.
