Our client, a leading Japanese company in security and communication systems, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing team in Singapore. This role offers flexibility as a 1-year contract (with the possibility of conversion to permanent) or a permanent position.
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer’s calls and queries
- Develop new potential clients and manage existing clients
- Develop the sales plans, goals and objectives and manage day‑to‑day operations
- Offer system consultancy and accurate advice to customers
- Conduct and facilitate trouble‑shooting and testing & commission on site
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after‑sales support
- Attend to phone enquiries / walk‑in customers, email, digital marketing inquiries
- Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements & Preferences
- Must:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Possess experience in architectural firms or consulting firms, or knowledge related to construction, electrical, or building equipment industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Available to join in November or December
- Willing to travel for business to countries such as India, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, or Malaysia—typically up to twice a month (1 week, occasionally 2 weeks). The role generally covers responsibility for two countries from the list above
