Job Description

As a Sales Director for the Homeland Security Tribe, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives within the Homeland Security sector. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategic relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities to ensure the growth and success of the Homeland Security Tribe.

What will you do?

Leadership & Team Management
  • Foster a collaborative and high‑performance culture within the team.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in the Homeland Security sector.
  • Oversee account penetration, prospect qualification, and the entire sales process.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including both short‑term and long‑term sales goals.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify future opportunities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the DHS Client Service Unit, Lines of Business (LOBs), and NEXT Service teams.
  • Define solution offerings and value propositions that align with client needs and NCS capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine product offerings.
Qualifications

The ideal candidates should possess:

  • University Degree/Polytechnic Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the Homeland Security or related sectors, and experience in managing and developing a high‑performing sales team.
  • Over 5 years of sales leadership experience in ICT services or consulting, with a strong track record in business development.
  • Experience in IT technical sales is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present and articulate complex solutions effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
