Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support / Sales Coordinator to handle daily sales administration, manage customer inquiries, and provide operational support to the Area Manager. The ideal candidate should have a diploma and at least 2 years of experience in sales support, preferably in marine or engineering sectors. This role offers a competitive salary range of $2,800 - $3,400 plus performance bonuses, with opportunities for work from home after confirmation.

Overview

Sales Support / Sales Coordinator x 2 Headcount

  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm [ NO OT Required ]
  • Work from home: After confirmed entitled to 6 days WFH per month
  • Location: 2-3 bus stops from Clementi MRT, Singapore
  • Salary: Basic: $2,800 - $3,400 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ]
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as sales support, preferable in marine or engineering sectors [spare parts]
  • Product training provided by sales team or sales director from Italy.
Job Scopes
  • Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries
  • Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
  • Quick response to customer\'s inquiries, claims and other related questions
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
  • Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager
